How can I order mats ?

1. Select what size or sizes you want to order. for special sizes and shapes please contact us by mail.
2. Select the colours you want to use. We have 30 standard colours you can choose from. Up to 16 can be used free of charge.
3. Scan or make digital artwork, we prefer vector based images like corel draw or illustrator, but we also accept eps, psd, tiff, jpg or pdf files. Please use a high resolution.
4. Sent us an email to which you attached the artwork file, state the sizes, quantity and colours
5. Wihthin 1-2 working days you will receive our artwork for your approval.
6. Check the artwork for any mistakes, typing errors, false colours. Sent us a mail in which you approve the artwork.
7. In case the there is something wrong with our artwork please let us know what you would like to change and we will modify the artwork.
8. After artwork approval you will receive our invoice.
9. After your payment has been received we will start production of the mat(s)

What is the delivery time ?

• Normally our delivery times are between 2-3 weeks after we have received your payment.

How do you ship the mats ?

• Mats are normally shipped through companies like UPS or DPD where we can track the shipment online. A trackingnumber can be provided to you so you can track it yourself. Larger shipment are shipped on pallets through other carriers. Mats are wrapped in thick plastic or packed in boxes. Bigger shipments are packed on pallets.

Can I pickup the mats at you registered office ?

• No, our mats are sent directly from the mat production to your address. Production is at a different location.

There is a mistake in my mat ?

• All mats are made according to the approved artwork. Therefore check the artwork and colour used before you approve them. In case you think we made an error, please sent us a digital image of the mat. After verifying that we made the mistake we will sent you a replacement mat.

I want to order several mats in different sizes, what price am i paying ?

• Normally you would pay for the quanitiy that is listed in the pricelist. So you want to order 6 mats 85x60cm look for the 5-9 unit price. Also you would like to order 18 mats 115x180cm you look for the 10-20 unit price. If you order all the mats at the same time you can take 6+18=24 and look at the 21-50 mat price. Please not that these should be shipped to 1 address and setup cost are applied be design/size.
