Master Print NBR - The mat with the dual function
Master Print mats have a dual function, besides being an eye catcher, they are also used as dust control mats. The top material is made out of a specially selected high twist nylon. The backing is a high quality nitrile rubber backing which has outstanding resistance against oil and microbes.
The designs are printed directly into the carpet pile using a state-of-the-art carpet printer that injects dye all the way to the bottom of the pile. After printing the carpet is steamed, washed and dried to permanently set the colours.
Using 16 out of a total of 30 available standard colours you can create almost any design.
Bob Mats Quality: Our mats are backed using a 100% industrial washable nitrile rubber. Besides being washable, nitrile rubber has other advantages: the mat lies flat and securely on the floor, is more slip resistant plus the rubber borders do not curl due to cold weather. The low profile border of the mat reduces the danger of stumbling and the rubber flexibility insures the borders will not tear. This results in high durability and provides you with lasting pleasure in the appearance of Bob Mats products.
Master Print NBR mats are available in 12 standard sizes, 40x60cm , 85x60, 85x115, 85x150, 110x200, 115x180, 115x200, 115x240, 150x200, 150x240, 150x300 and 200x200 cm, but we can also make custom sizes up to 2 x 12 metres. On special request we can make round, oval or other shapes.
