Master Print Vinyl - The mat with the dual function.
Master Print mats have a dual function, besides being an eye catcher, they are also used as dust control mats. The top material is made out of a specially selected high twist nylon. The backing is a high quality vinyl backing which has outstanding resistance against oil and microbes.
The designs are printed directly into the carpet pile using a state-of-the-art carpet printer that injects dye all the way to the bottom of the pile. After printing the carpet is steamed, washed and dried to permanently set the colours.
Using 16 out of a total of 30 available standard colours you can create almost any design.
Master Print Vinyl mats are available in 11 standard sizes but we can also make custom sizes up to 2 x 12 metres.
